Ecru house is a 1,100 sq ft Mumbai residence designed for a young couple and the husband’s mother, shaped around warmth, simplicity, an everyday comfort. Blessed with 11-foot ceilings and abundant natural light, the home uses warm neutrals, sage green accents, fluted textures, natural materials, and bespoke furniture to create a calm, timeless atmosphere. The layout emphasizes openness and flow, with integrated storage, glass partitions, and multi-functional spaces such as a study that converts into a guest room. Personal details — including hand-embroidered artwork, a mirror incorporating the couple’s wedding logo, and carefully crafted bedroom and bathroom finishes — make the house feel intimate and deeply lived in.
