Housed in a building more than seven decades old, this 1,000 sq. ft. 2BHK unfolds as a sensitive restoration and a contemporary home for a couple. The design respects the character of the original structure while reimagining it for present-day rhythms, where comfort, flexibility and calmness become essential. Instead of dividing the apartment into rigidly defined zones, the plan allows the living room to emerge as its true centre of gravity. It accommodates conversation, dining, work and study, turning a compact footprint into a layered, generous experience. This multifunctional core not only connects the home spatially, but also shapes its emotional life, offering a place where daily rituals overlap with ease.
